Common questions

• I did not get my sign-in code. Check spam for a message from [email protected], then request a new code. Codes expire after a few minutes.
• How do I delete my account? Settings, then Delete account. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
• How do I import my Goodreads library? Export the CSV from Goodreads, then open Import in booksy and choose the file.
• A book has the wrong cover or details. Tell us the title and what is wrong; the details come from public catalogues and we can correct our copy.
• Someone is bothering me. Open their profile and choose Block, or report the specific review or comment. Blocks take effect at once.
• Can I read in the app? Yes, for public-domain books. Other books show where to buy or borrow them.
